A KD status will be returned for passengers booked in Y/B/M class that are exempt from charge. A zero value EMD must be issued.

Top tier level (Freccia Alata, Freccia Alata Plus, Freccia Alata Per Sempre) Frequent Flyer passengers are exempt from charge.

A free seat map will be returned for these top  tier level passegers and any companions booked in the same PNR. No ASVC will be built and no KD returned, hence no EMD to be issued.

Points to Note

Sabre does not support Exchange of EMD's

Refunds are ONLY permitted for Deposit Down Payment. Restriction of refunds for all other fees to be managed by AZ procedurally
